Savory Rice Pilaf

1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
1 can chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups minute rice, uncooked

Cook and stir onion in butter. Add mushrooms, broth and peas; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Serves 4
