Chili Chicken

4 chicken breasts
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can chili
4 slices Velveeta

Place chicken in ungreased 11x7 dish.  Top with tomatoes.  Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.  Spoon chili over chicken.  Bake 10 more minutes.  Top with cheese.  Bake until melted.
