Cheesy Chicken and Ham Chowder

2 cans (18.5 oz each) Progresso potato with broccoli and cheese chowder
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In pot, heat soup, chicken and ham for 5 minutes. Stir in cheese. Cook about 2 minutes, or until melted.

Serves 4
