Serves 4
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup pitted ripe olive sliced
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta. Add broccoli to pasta during the last 2 minutes; drain. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
