4 chicken breasts
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp cold water
Hot cooked rice
Place chicken in 9 inch baking dish. In saucepan, bring water, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce to a boil; stir constantly. Add peppers and return to a boil. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into pepper mix. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice.
