Swedish Meatballs

1 1/2 pounds hamburger meat
1 pkg Stove top stuffing mix with savory herbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups water
1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onion, and water.  Shape into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.  Place in 2 foil lined 13x9 baking pans.  Bake 20 minutes.  Mix beef gravy and sour cream in large saucepan.  Add cooked meatballs.  Mix lightly.  Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
