Spicy Orange Peel Chicken

1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
4 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
Chow mein noodles

Whisk together marmalade, 2 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; set aside.  Heat remaining 1 Tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.  Add chicken and remaining 2 Tbsp soy sauce; toss to coat.  Stir fry chicken until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.  Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender, about 4 minutes.  Add prepared sauce, heat 1 minute, stirring occasionally.  Serve with chow mein noodles on top.
