1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
6 Tbsp pizza quick sauce
1/4 pound hamburger, browned
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 425. Grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet; press dough into a 12x14 inch rectangle. Cut into 6 equal rectangles. Spread each piece with 1 Tbsp pizza sauce, to within a half inch of all edges. Place hamburger on one half of the longest side of each rectangle; top with onion and one cup of cheese. Starting at longest side, fold dough over to form rectangles. Seal edges with a fork. Cut 3 two inch slits in top of each rectangle. Bake for 9-13 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes more.
