4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 pkg chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
Cook chicken in skillet until done. Add broccoli, mushrooms, 1 3/4 cup water, soy sauce and one flavor packet from noodles. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Break noodles and add to chicken. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-10 minutes.
