1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
1 1/2 cup broccoli
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp butter
4 oz uncooked chicken
1/2 cup cooked rice
Preheat broiler. Drizzle chicken with lemon juice and dill. Broil until chicken is no longer pink. Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic, broccoli, and cauliflower until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over buttered rice.
