Four Cheese Fettuccine

1 pkg (16 oz) uncooked fettuccine
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper

Cook and drain fettuccine.  Meanwhile, in skillet, heat oil and butter.  Cook onions and 1 Tbsp parsley in oil mixture about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender.  Stir in ricotta and feta cheese; reduce heat to low.  Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frewquently until cheeses are melted.  Add fettuccine, asiago, and parmesan cheeses and pepper to mixture in skillet.  Cook about 4 minutes, tossing gently, until cheeses are melted and fettuccine is evenly coated.  Sprinkle with parsley.
