Five Cup Fruit Salad

1 can (8 1/4 oz) pineapple chunks, undrained
1 can (11 oz) orange segments, drained
8 oz sour cream
1 cup flake coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp juice.  Mix pineapple, reserved juice, oranges, sour cream, coconut, and marshmallows.  Toss lightly.  Cover.  Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
