Extra Cheesy Chicken and Noodles

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
2 cups water
2 cups frozen vegetable blend, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spray skillet with nonstick spray.  Add chicken; cover.  Cook 2 minutes on each side until browned.  Add contents of dinner, water, veggies, and 1/2 cup of cheese.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer for 12 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese. 

Serves 4
