I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Chili Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can chili
4 slices Velveeta
Place chicken in ungreased 11x7 dish.Top with tomatoes.Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.Spoon chili over chicken.Bake 10 more minutes.Top with cheese.Bake until melted.
