2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pound chicken
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp butter
Rice, cooked
In a bag, combine flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add chicken and shake. Saute chicken in oil. Add broth, dressing, bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms, onion, tomato, and butter. Cover and cook till veggies are tender. Serve with rice.
