Chicken Parmesan Potatoes

1 pkg au gratin potatoes
3 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
2 1/4 cups water
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat potatoes, sauce mix, chicken, green beans, water, and milk to boiling in a skillet.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.  Stir in cheese.

Serves 5
