2 garlic cloves
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 pound uncooked chicken tenders
6 pita breads, split in half
3/4 cup pizza sauce
6 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
In a 13x9 pan, combine garlic, olive oil, and salt. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cook at 400 until done. Slice chicken. Arrange pita rounds, rough side up, on baking sheets. Toast rounds until barely golden around edges. Spread 1 Tbsp sauce over pita. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
