Chicken Parmigiana

4 chicken breasts
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
3/4 cup water
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Place chicken in ungreased baking dish.  In a pan, combine tomato paste, water, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano, and red pepper flakes.  Boil, then pour over chicken.  Bake, uncovered at 400 for 15-20 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheeses.  Bake 10 minutes more.
