1 package chicken flavor Ramen noodles
1 pound chicken
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup mushrooms
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup teriyaki or soy sauce
Cook noodles. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, stir fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes. Add vegetables; stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain noodles; add to pan with seasoning packet and teriyaki/soy sauce. Stir well.
