Chicken In Mushroom Sauce

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Place chicken in slow cooker.  Combine soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.  Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.  Sprinkle with bacon.  Add chopped parsley to individual servings if desired.
