Chicken Can Can

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 can (10 oz) chunk chicken, drained
1 can (5 oz) chow mein noodles

Combine milk, soups, and flour in pot.  Boil.  Cook and stir for 2 minutes.  Add chicken and heat through.  Serve over noodles.
