Beef Noodle Soup

1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 can (46 oz) V8 juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 pkg beef ramen noodles
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables

Add V8, soup, ramen seasoning, and vegetables to beef.  Boil.  Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 6 minutes.  Bring to a boil.  Stir in noodles.  Cook until noodles are done.

Serves 8
