1 can (8 oz) crescent refrigerated sheet
1/2 cup cheddar Jack cheese, shredded
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Heat oven to 375. Unroll dough and press into 12x8 inch rectangle. Cut into 24 squares; place on ungreased cookie sheet(s). Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cooling rack. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix cheese, bacon, onions and mayo. Place slightly less than 1 Tbsp lettuce on bottoms of 12 crescent squares. Top with 1 heaping Tbsp bacon mix and 2 slices tomato. Top with remaining crescent squares.
Makes 12 mini sandwiches
