American Potato Salad

5 pounds red potatoes, boiled and cut into cubes
6 eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1 onion, diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

In a bowl, combine all.  Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
