Three Bean Chili

1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup picante sauce
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Cook onion in oil until tender.  Add tomatoes, beans, bell pepper, chicken broth, picante sauce, cumin, and salt.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
