Taco Twist Soup *

1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp olive oil
3 cups beef broth
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups picante sauce
1 cup uncooked spiral pasta
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Saute onion and garlic in oil.  Add broth, beans, tomatoes, picante sauce, pasta, bell pepper, chili powder, and cumin.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer 12-15 minutes or until pasta is done.  Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
