Sunday Night Veggie Soup

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
3 pounds potatoes, peeled, boiled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 celery rib, sliced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
9 3/4 cups water
2 pkg dry onion soup mix

Combine all and mix well.  Cover and cook on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally for 2-3 hours.

Serves 10
