Spaghetti Carbonara

1 pound spaghetti noodles, cooked & drained
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled (Reserve 1 Tbsp of drippings)
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup parsley

Cook onion in reserved bacon drippings.  Add broth and stir to scrape up browned bits from skillet.  Add cooked spaghetti and toss until coated.  Remove from heat.  Add egg yolks, cheese, salt and pepper.  Cook until egg is cooked.  Return to low heat.  Stir in bacon, half & half, and parsley.  Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
