Southwest Cornbread

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can chopped green chiles
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
2 pkg corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Mix mayo, chiles, egg whites, and ground red pepper in a bowl.  Add rest.  Mix until moistened.  Pour into greased 13x9.  Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
