I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Potluck Chicken Casserole
8 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (about 25 crackers)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp celery seed
Combine chicken, soup, and sour cream.Spread into greased 13x9 pan.Combine crumbs, melted butter, and celery seed.Sprinkle over chicken mix.Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
