Philly Style Grilled Cheese

2 slices rye bread
2 slices swiss cheese
5 slices shaved roast beef
2 thin green pepper rings
Butter

Butter one side of both pieces of bread.  Place one slice butter side down in hot skillet.  Top with cheese, roast beef and pepper rings.  Cover with remaining bread slice, butter side up.  Cook in skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Serves 1
