Oven Potatoes

5 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1/4 – 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

In a greased 13x9 pan, layer potatoes, and onions.  In a small bowl, combine butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Drizzle over potatoes and onions.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; stir gently to combine.  Cover and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.  Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Bake 5-10 minutes more.
