Moist Chocolate Cake

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
Powdered sugar

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, water, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.  Add egg and butter.  Pour into a greased 8 inch pan.  Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.  Dust with powdered sugar.
