Meatball Stew

3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg (16 oz) baby carrots, quartered
1 onion, chopped
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 pkg (12 oz) frozen cooked meatballs
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef gravy (10 1/2 oz)
1 cup water
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 tsp beef bouillon granules

Place potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, and meatballs in a slow cooker.  In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.  Pour over meatball mix.  Cover and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
