Italian Herb Rice

1 can chicken broth
1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 cups minute white rice, uncooked

Mix broth, mushrooms, butter and seasoning in saucepan.  Stir in 1/4 cup water.  Bring to boil on medium high heat.  Stir in rice; cover.  Remove from heat.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Stir before serving.

Serves 4
