Italian Chicken Stew

3 pounds chicken, chunked
2 cans diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
2 cups zucchini, chopped
1 cup pearl onions, peeled
1 cup baby carrots, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Hot cooked noodles

Combine everything in a slow cooker.  Mix well.  Cook on low 6-10 hours.  Serve with Pasta.
