Hot Crab, Red Pepper and Onion Dip

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (6 oz) crabmeat, drained
Wheat Thins Crackers

Preheat to 375.  Mix 1 cup mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper, onion, and crabmeat until well blended.  Spread into 9 inch pie plate.  Bake 20 minutes or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.  Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.   Serve with crackers.
