Herbed Fish

1 pound fish fillets
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup bisquick
1/4 cup garlic herb bread crumbs
1 Tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Cut fish into 4 serving pieces.  In skillet, heat oil over med. Heat.  In small dish, mix bisquick, bread crumbs, basil and salt.  In another dish, beat egg.  Dip fish into egg, then coat with bisquick mix.  Reduce heat to med-low.  Cook fish in oil 8-10 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily.

Serves 4
