Tex Mex Hash

1 pound hamburger, browned
1 Tbsp oil
3 cups frozen O’brien potatoes with onions and peppers
1 cup picante sauce
2 tsp chili powder
4 oz shredded Colby jack cheese

In skillet, heat oil.  Add potatoes; cook and stir 8-10 minutes or until browned.  Stir in salsa, chili powder, and hamburger.  Cook 5-8 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Cover and cook 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
