I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Cheesy Potato Chowder
1 pkg Chicken Helper chicken and potatoes au gratin
1 can mexicorn, undrained
2 cups water
3 cups milk
2 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup shredded Cheddar
Heat uncooked potatoes, sauce mix, corn, water, milk, and chicken to boiling.Reduce heat.Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.Stir in cheese; sprinkle with topping.
