Cheesy Potato Chowder

1 pkg Chicken Helper chicken and potatoes au gratin
1 can mexicorn, undrained
2 cups water
3 cups milk
2 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup shredded Cheddar

Heat uncooked potatoes, sauce mix, corn, water, milk, and chicken to boiling.  Reduce heat.  Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.  Stir in cheese; sprinkle with topping.
