Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt

1 1/3 cups bisquick
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound hamburger, brown and drain
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Heat oven to 400.  Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick spray.   Stir bisquick, water, eggs, and 1 cup cheese.  Spread in pan.  Stir soup and vegetables into cooked meat.  Heat through.  Spread over batter.   Bake 23-25 minutes.   Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake another 1-3 minutes.
