Chicken and Biscuits

1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1 can French fried onions

In a bowl, combine veggies, chicken, soup, milk, 1 cup cheese, and bacon.  Pour into ungreased 13x9.  Cover and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.  Top the chicken mix with biscuits.  Bake, uncovered, for 20-22 minutes.  Top with onions and rest of cheese.  Bake 3-4 minutes more.
