I love to cook, but I get bored cooking the same things all the time. So, over the years I've collected quite a few recipes....and thrown away almost as many. These are the ones that made it through the taste tests.

Cherry Cream Pies
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 medium bowl cool whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie crusts
Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip until smooth.Fold into crust.Spoon cherry filling evenly over each.Refrigerate and serve cold.
