Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Wheat Thins, Triscuits, Fresh cut up vegetables for dipping

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients until well blended.  Spoon into 9 inch pie plate.  Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.  Serve with crackers or veggies.
