Broccoli Chowder

1 pkg Au Gratin Potatoes
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 pkg (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)

Heat potatoes, sauce mix, corn, celery, broth, milk and broccoli to boiling in dutch oven over high heat, stirring occasionally and breaking up broccoli with fork.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.  Stir in cheese.  Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, just until cheese is melted.
