Broccoli and Carrot Salad

1 pound broccoli florets
1 carrot, shredded
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 cup sunflower kernels

Toss broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, and onions with dressing.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.  Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
