Bowtie Chicken Supper

1 pound chicken, cut up and boiled
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt free seasoning blend
1 cup bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Stir fry in oil the red pepper, zucchini, onion, and garlic.  Add peas and seasonings.  Stir fry for 2 minutes.  Add pasta and tomatoes.  Cook for 1 minute.  Stir in chicken.  Sprinkle with cheese.
