Beefy Tomato Pasta Soup

1 pound hamburger
2 green bell peppers, chunked
1 onion, chunked
2 garlic cloves, minced
5-6 cups water
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2-3 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups uncooked spiral pasta

Cook hamburger, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.  Drain fat.  Add water, tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.  Boil.  Add pasta.  Cook 12-16 minutes.
