Beef Veggie Casserole

1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked hamburger
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and cubed
1 tube buttermilk biscuits

In a pan, combine the gravy mix and water until smooth.  Boil; cook and stir for 1 minute.  Stir in beef, vegetables, and potatoes.  Heat.  Cook biscuits as directed on package.  Serve with the beef veggie mix as a meal. 

Variation:  You can also cook the biscuits with the beef veggie mix.  However, the biscuits will be soggy if you have any leftover.  Directions include:  In a pan, combine the gravy mix and water until smooth.  Boil; cook and stir for 1 minute.  Stir in beef, vegetables, and potatoes.  Heat.  Transfer to a greased 8 inch dish.  Top with biscuits.  Bake at 400 for 12-16 minutes.
