1 pound hamburger
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 can (3 oz) chow mein noodles
Brown hamburger, celery, and onion; drain fat. Stir in rice, peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce, butter and brown sugar; heat. Transfer to a greased 2 quart dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes.
